The vehicle ultimately went into the north end of the downtown shopping plaza and attempted to cross the railroad tracks to the BROC parking lot off Evelyn Street, but got stuck. The vehicle was identified as a white Ford Focus and a pursuit through the downtown took place around 7 a.m. Police said he allegedly drove by the police station on Wales Street and fired several shots into the station.
