Traci Dixson, Revenue Cycle Manager: Traci joined ABCD Pediatrics in October 2013 with over 30 years experience in medical practice and revenue cycle management after relocating to San Antonio from the Austin area. She received her nursing license in 2013 and is currently the Clinical Staff Supervisor for the Schertz and New Braunfels office. Erica was promoted to Back Office Team Leader of our satellite office in October 2007. She received her Medical Assisting diploma in Dallas in 2002, and had 3 years of previous experience in Dallas before relocating to San Antonio. These appointments are scheduled at our Stone Oak office only, and generally on a same-day basis. Saturday morning appointments are for urgent care ONLY. When you call to make a same-day-sick appointment, if our schedule is full for the day, we may ask that you speak with a nurse to determine how to best meet your child’s needs. Once you are an established patient, we will do our best to accommodate you with a same-day-sick appointment if appropriate. You may also request well visits through the patient portal. Additional well child appointment times are opened from time to time as the schedule demands, and often patients will cancel their pre-scheduled appointments, allowing us to place other patients into these slots. Should we not have an available appointment that suits your needs, ask to be placed on the wait list.
